The politics of refunds! 

 

Please READ!!

 

I realize sometimes refunds are needed..

 

 No longer need the items you ordered,

 

 Potty training.. ordered others.. 

 

 or just plain changed your mind..

 

If you desire a refund let me know ASAP.

 

I tend to cut fabrics in "groups" for upcoming orders

 

usually about 2 weeks in advance.

 

I do a great amount of cutting in one day

 

 this saves time later..

 

If you wish to cancel your order 2 weeks

 

or less before it is scheduled to be completed

 

you can still get a refund.. 

 

HOWEVER:

 

I will issue your refund minus 10% for cutting and storing fees..

 

Please understand why..

 

After I have cut the fabric I have to store it

 

and wait for someone to order that specific fabric

 

AND in the same size as was cut 

 

before I can use that piece.

 

This becomes very costly for me..

 

ALSO -

 

If I have actually started on your order

 

I will still grant a refund minus 20%

 

forall the details above - the cutting, storing

 

 and my work on an unneeded item.

 

IF your refund is 2 weeks or closer to the original due date

 

 

Unused - Unwashed

 

If you recieved your diapers and changed your mind

 

Your diapers MUST BE

 

UNWASHED

 

for a partial refund..

 

I will allow you to return them for a refund

 

-5.00 per diaper for my time.

 

Or exchange them for something seconds..

 

 you will have to wait in line though..

 

Otherwise all sales are final !
